My Mac, my iPad, and my iPhone all can synchronize their recipes. Got married, and my wife bought the app and got all my recipes in one shot! As her daughter said, everything that is mine is now hers! :-)
Not long ago, my recipe collection was a ratty pile of printed web pages, handwritten notes, printed emails, and iPhone screen shots. Stuffing them all in a binder was an improvement, but now that theyre in Gourmet and Mac Gourmet, I can scale them, print them, see them from across the kitchen on my iPad, and, of course, share them.
Last night, my wife of three weeks wanted to make the roasted rosemary garlic red potatoes that go so well with the meatloaf she fished out of the freezer. For a pittance, she bought this wonderful app and had the recipe, scaled to fit how many potatoes she found, ready to go. Life is better with this app in it.
I had to reset the cloud server sync information, due to a partial synchronization due to an internet connection interruption, and, oddly, the cloud server itself was not letting me log in for a short while, but now the sync works so well, it is almost creepy. I added a note to a recipe on my iPhone, and it popped up in the recipe, open on my Mac, as I watched. When it works, it works beautifully.
Tech support has always been awesome. I feel like I have friends who work there. I guess I do!
